- To provide comprehensive Banking Solutions to clients
- To take responsibility for achieving Income and Asset Budgets through Assets, Trade Finance, Forex, CMS, other Commercial Banking Opportunities and Investment Banking.
- The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO/HNI relationships with SMEs to originate business.
- Relationship Management - Effective relationship management to originate business & service client needs on commercial banking, investment banking and international banking products.
- Product structuring - Adding value to the client and staying ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals
- Target Orientation - Ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and exploring avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients. Achieving individual targets and growing account profitability.
- Strong Relationship Orientation
- Good credit knowledge for deal structuring and knowledge of various products like Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury and General Banking Product and Operations
- Ability to use data and logic to convince others & ability to articulate with conviction
- Good Communication skills- both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively interact with internal & external stakeholders across levels
- Ability to make changes in system/processes/work methods to improve performance
