Solution consulting and practice management in Capital Market domain
Responsible for leadership in Front/Middle/Back office processes
Engage clients with solutions via product demonstrations, presentations and written proposals
Strategies on expansion of services in the Capital Market domain
Liaison and providing inputs to Sales for GTM strategy
Create & Review proposals and presales documents for Capital Market customers.
Critical skills required
Strong domain knowledge and experience of the securities and Capital Markets industry (Buy/Sell side firms) including customer needs, market trends, products and solutions (US , Europe regions).
Should have good domain and Front/Middle/Back office process knowledge
Strong Analytical, Problem Solving, Interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units, , Ability to build consensus
Ability to present and articulate points of view.
