Channel Sales Representative based out of Hyderabad will be responsible for:
Leading the implementation of sales plan for the division, working in collaboration with stake holders to increase market share, develop new markets and also work to improve gross margins by enhancing the performance.
Providing sales vision for the assigned region by developing a complete understanding of organization structure, local buying influences, geographic area, customer requirements, competitor activity, market share targets, developing markets, sales penetration, local sales coverage and sales revenue goals through successful implementation of sales strategies and development of tactical plans.
Developing target account lists, account profiles and strategic sales plans.
Participating in direct calls and leads in presentations to customers on products & services.
Identifying channel partners to drive multi brand mutli channel business. Set up ESD network for the high end IBMS project market.
Maintaining personal contact with major customers/consultants/fire officers/influencers Iike Accord) to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
Driving technical competency among customers on thel products by working closely with Technical Support Team through trainings, work shops
Co-ordinating with Customer Support, Quality & Technical personnel to provide effective high quality solutions to meet customer objectives and satisfaction.
BE / B. Tech. (preferably MBA) and at least 4 Years Experience in Sales (Channel Sales, Project Sales, working with distributors.
