Job Description

Job Responsibilities

6+ Years of experience in advanced analytics in the Sales and Building business proposals side of Business Mandatory
6+ years of experience in advanced analytics& in the Sales and Building business proposals side of Business - Mandatory
Good exposure to Bid Management Analytics Building winning Proposals for a product organization- Mandatory
Capability to take charge and control of work independently

Working knowledge on (Mandatory)

Deal Segmentation
Deal Risk Analyses
Contracts Warranty Maintenance Optimization-Predict failure rates & provide recommendation to warranty deal renewal process
Analyze customer interactions bring secondary intelligence to support deal service contract strategy
Project management analytics to support structured deal solution set up
Deal Risk and due diligence tracker for SMEs and business
Bid Quotation Analytics analyze historical quotation patterns to provide deal price range
Customize systems & services offerings bundle with deal segmentation
Bring customer usage /install patterns to enhance deal support
Profitability Analytics tracking deal profitability through the life of a deal
Spend Analytics -integrate procurement spends from across functions/ business units to provide better price negotiation capabilities and volume discounts.
Deal financing - credit scores and risk analysis
Good domain knowledge and prior experience on B2B Bid functions and required analytical solutions Mandatory
Predictive analytics skill sets , understanding on choice of model , model building , implementation and business impact methodology Mandatory
Hands on with an ability to work on multiple sources of data and build interconnections Mandatory
Robust analytical bend of mind and ability to discover insights to Business through data mining (vs the traditional solving a given defined problem thrown to the Analyst) Mandatory
Communicate with key stakeholders directly on analysis requirements and outputs Mandatory
Experience with identifying business problems and propose analytical solutions to business to add value - Mandatory
Ability to use data for Exploratory, descriptive, Inferential, Prescriptive, and Advanced Analytics - Mandatory
Ability to share dashboards, reports, and Analytical insights from data - Mandatory
Should be able to work on multiple projects - Preferred

Technical Knowledge and Skills required

Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SAS.
Working knowledge of SQL/R - preferred

Academics

MBA from a premier B school, Bachelors degree in Statistics/Economics
