Managing service business development, creating value-add products/services, preparation of service contracts & KPI. Sservice revenue & cost targets, managing service inventory and spare parts planning. Managing customer relations, team motivation and team productivity & effectiveness.
Knowledge in power solutions in Telecom power applications, UPS, PV solar, Hydrogen fuel cell, SMF, VRLA and Lithium Ion batteries, diesel generators, Surge & lighting protection, Air conditioning, Site Grounding and Power distribution.
Experience in CRM for service delivery, spare management, service revenue/costing, SLA management.
