Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve restaurant relationships - devise ways to provide all-round support to restaurant partners
- Improve backend operational processes at restaurants to ensure accurate product packing along with on-time
- Lead Supply Chain & Logistics function (along with implementing all the services signed up for by the restaurants)
Capable of pushing forward relationships with multiple restaurant partners by studying and devising efficient processes for restaurant operations
Good business sense to sell our concept to restaurants and also get their buy-in on branding with us to create zero-cost Food box stores.
Excellent time-management, multi- tasking, and communication skills. Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
Self-starter, that is, able to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team
Preferred analytical/quantitative abilities
Ability to deal with ambiguity and change & creatively solve problems
"Roll-up your sleeves" attitude to get things done
Desired qualifications and experience
4-8 years of formal industry/professional experience (Engineering + MBA preferable but not compulsory)
Exposure to operational process design preferable
