The NR-RPM will be responsible to manage, motivate and help branches achieve their NR budgets as set out by the management. The NR-RPM will be responsible for the 'Other than Focus Branches' -- a list as defined by NR -- Product from time to time. The NR-RPM will be one point contact between NR-Product and the Branches in day to day activities.
All branches will have a one point contact for their NR-needs, thus achieving their NR targets.
Key Result Areas
* Effective implementation of the NR monthly strategy in the assigned branches in the following parameters
* NR Values
* NR Account Nos.
* Fx penetration in the non-managed base
* RPM will have to ensure that all branches under his territory are 100% on budgets in the above parameters.
* Participating in the regular meetings with Zonal Head/ Circle/ Cluster head for roll-out and implementation of the strategy
* Regular Branch calling and visits
* Ensuring all Branches are 100% YTD in NR NAV, CIB, Account Nos.
* Driving bottom quartile branches through Branch NR-Champs, Branch Heads, Circle/ Cluster Heads & HNW channel so that they are able to achieve their targets.
* Organizing regional coaching clinics (buddy program, joint call with vendor) along with CH for under performers
* Help the Branches with training and new product launches
* Help the Branches with Tie-ups with corporate, shipping companies etc for expanding business.
* Go on joint calls whenever necessary.
* Do regular scoping and updating of same of potential NR areas around branch/branches/cluster so that the bank/branch achieves the maximum market share in NR in the region
* To provide various MIS to the branches to help them achieve their numbers
* NR-RPM in consultation with Cluster/Circle and Zonal Heads prepare a calendar of events which will be vetted and approved by NR-Product team.
* NR-RPM will be responsible to ensure all the Marketing and Event Strategies as defined by NR-Product and NR-Sales Team is implemented effectively in the region
* To monitor the achievement from the afore-said events/ marketing to ensure that the cost to income ratio is effectively met.
* Lead generation activities thru sales promotion and marketing support in consultation with NR-Product
* NR-RPM will identify NR-Champs in the branches in conjunction with the BM/ Circle/Cluster Heads.
* NR-RPM will train and motivate the aforesaid NR-Champs in the branches
* To have regular meetings with NR-Champs to ensure they are up to date in their NR knowledge and to motivate them to open more NR-accounts
