Job Description

Summary Description:

The Technology Risk Analyst should be knowledgeable in the industry trends and techniques around technology risk management as a discipline.

This person will be part of the team that leads Risk Management for change management, development projects and introduction of new technologies in SAAS, PAAS leveraging AWS and 3rd party hospitality cloud technologies. The person must be able to implement technology risk management process, standards, tools and repeatable patterns.

Essential Job Functions:

* Support of data aggregation, analysis and reporting function for various Enterprise Risk functions including technology administration

o Assisting in the maintenance of responsible documents and files

o Monitor, update and communicate on technology, process and
similar projects and initiatives

o Support the administration of technology used in risk analytics,CCAR and related processes

o Support the creation of new processes to make all functions
repeatable and automated. As needed, interacting with multiple
and various departments within the Bank to ensure the
transmission of information in an efficient and timely manner

* Assist in the dissemination of data and results

o Assisting in the preparation of presentation packages for senior management. Process should be automated and repeatable.

o Assisting in the creation of an automated and repeatable
process for maintaining statuses, action logs and related for
assigned processes

* Using the current technology platform to create repeatable process

* Assisting in evaluating use of system/s for Enterprise Risk scorecards and dashboards

* Presenting recommendations and insights to Architecture team for awareness and approval

Experience and Skills:


* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

* At least 5+ years of software development experience in enterprise setup

* At least 5+ years of technical lead and large scale technology implementation experience

* Experience in leading and developing technology process for risk management objectives

* Experience documenting technical non-functional requirements with use cases

Experience developing technology documents for design, infrastructure and deployment

* Proven record of complex business requirements handling

* Responsible for technology implementation/change request and code reviews

* Must have in-depth knowledge of enterprise SDLC best practices

* Must have a background and knowledge in enterprise environment and/or information architecture

Hotel industry experience a plus
