Three to Eight years of experience in business or IT outsourcing research, marketing or related field.
B.A. or B.S. minimum, MBA or M.S. preferred.
A strong understanding of the IT and BPO marketplace.
Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills.
The ability to extract meaningful information, form and test hypothesis and formulate a point of view based on interviewing internal and external experts, analyzing available data and filling gaps with secondary research.
Good data analysis and excel skills.
The ability to take complex, disparate ideas and distill them into simple, provocative concepts in one page or less.
The ability to work a flexible schedule, collaborating with both US and European regions.Might require evening work hours.
