Job Description

Ensuring the budgeted targets are achieved and mapping the targets with the segments.
Managing all HNI customers of the Bank and advising them on various investment products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS and structured funds.
Promote and Market new structured products for Wealth, Asset & Risk Management
Guiding client in developing and adjusting product strategies for alternative investments
Achieving the business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading HNI relationships.
Ensure highest level of service to HNI customers and key persons of the corporate clients.
Ensuring efficient complaint handling at all levels and ensure high quality banking experience to the above segment.
Motivation of the branch sales team, activation of new branches and marketing support at local level.
Profiling Customers and provide financial products/ services such as remittance etc, to meet customer needs.
Increase liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing customers
To Enhance & Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet
Ensure profitability of the portfolio: Generate high Income per Customer Achieve and maintain desired productivity and quality in all business deliverables.
