Drive the day-to-day business through various activities and manage all micro

Conducting periodic training of Sales Officers (SO) and Branch Staff on
processes/product/policy and timely updates on any changes therein.
Track and convert all business leads generated and passed on by Branches, including
customer service referrals and meet branch cross sell targets of BL.
Review and ensure client's document completeness ensuring the overall process of loan
disbursement & better service to client.
Reducing Cost of Acquisition by, good quality sourcing and Adhering TAT.
