Job Description

Eligibility criteria :

Candidates must have exp. into sales / business development / sourcing of working capital / SME Lending, term loans, other asset products from any banks / NBFCs.
Handled 100 crs - 500 crs Assets portfolio.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

*Acquiring New To Bank SME relationships for sales of Asset Product Like Cash Credit, Term Loans. NFB (LC, BG) limits. The acquisition has to happen through existing market linkages of the candidate.
*Maintaining end to end relationship with client, i.e. from sourcing to disbursement, servicing , renewal and enhancement after adhering to proper compliance.
*Sourcing High Value liability Accounts with potential for trade and forex revenues
*Coordinating with credit, CAD, Legal and other support functions for smooth approval and disbursal of cases.
*To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio.
*To support/implement marketing initiatives and lead generation channels
*Act as single point for customer query resolution
*Work along with the senior business managers for business development
*Maintaining customer relationship and understanding their needs for cross-sell
3. Desired knowledge/technical expertise in areas of - Credit Marketing, first level of credit appraisal.
