Job Description

The person should have a knowledge of working capital preferable

Responsible for handling all activities related to financial inclusion as per RBI/Govt mandate.
Responsible for developing business in rural markets under corporate agri value chain.
Responsible for teams sales / business target for liability and cross sale.
Ensuring quality of accounts sourced by the team.
Ensuring that depletion of account is kept with in acceptable limits.
Resolve customer related complain related to sales & services.
Develop BC network in the rural markets and monitor POS settlement account of BCs.
Maintaining MIS, productivity data etc of the reportees and report it as per the requirement.
Overseeing BC Bank relationship & ensuring completion of all stated activities that BC is required to take.
Attending the customer complain and resolving it by liasioning between BC & branch
Ensuring Sales executives / reporteesadher to bank policy and standards.
Supervising, mentoring, driving, motivating and monitoring sales executives.
" Strong Analytical and Communication skills
2to 6 years in Banking with relevant work experience in Working Capital,Credit Analysis, Funding
Basic knowledge of a wide range of banks products. Interest in understanding operations, IT, Trade Finance and treasury function
CA/MBA finance preferred
