*Ability to negotiate and interact with various stakeholders.
*Sound credit knowledge for deal structuring and knowledge of various products including Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury and General Banking Product and Operations would be an added advantage.
*Originate business through new and existing customers of the Bank.
*Ensure service quality standards and suitability of products offered to clients in the context of Banks prevailing risk policy and monitoring systems.
*Ensure compliance in all areas of operation.
*Ensure that processes and systems are followed well, to facilitate smooth audit operations.
*Establish and leverage on corporate / government relationships.
*To undertake projects and assignment from time to time as directed by Supervisor.
