Job Description

- The key deliverable for the organization this year is increased AUMs and New To Organisation clients (NTO). Hence the key objective of the Relationship Manager would be to acquire qualified NTOs with minimum wallet share of 25L which should deepen to 1cr plus over the year

- Another key objective of the Relationship Manager would be to deepen existing relationships

- Formulate plans to acquire new HNI customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio.

- Providing seamless and superior service delivery

- Ensuring compliance with key regulatory requirements
- Experience of acquiring HNI client relationships and deepening AUM with existing clients as a part of Wealth management division of banks / boutique wealth management firm, Part of PCG desk of securities firms, NBFC firms

- Must be an individual revenue writer in current role; must have prior experience in generating leads and acquiring business from HNIs - should have strong relationships with most of his HNI clients for a minimum period of 2 years

-Banks- branch banking heads of prestigious locations

- Equity dealers in PCG/VCG departments handling 1cr+ clients

Incentive Scheme:

- Incentive scheme which is revenue linked, Payout for the same is on quarterly basis

- AUM based bonus plan

- Lower revenue target in first year

- Acquisition enabler: Telecalling unit provides qualified meetings
