Job Description -
Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure the statutory and regulatory norms.
1. Liaisoning with all the Statutory and Regulatory Bodies viz, AICTE, DTE, Joint DTE, University, Pravesh Niyantran Samiti, Samaj Kalyan Vibhag and Parent Trust etc.
2. Preparing almost 20-25 different reports (Compliance report, Statistical report, Gruh Sandarbh report, Students on-roll report to name a few) and meeting deadlines asked by these bodies.
3. Monitoring the verification of documents and admission process for MMS and all PGDM programmes ( Approx. 120 +480 = 600 students)
4. Monitoring the PGR and Enrolment process for MMS students.
5. Verification of documents from the home university for all students coming from other than University of Mumbai. This activity involves keeping track of all correspondence and sending verification fee and requires rigorous follow-ups with the universities all over India.
6. Co-ordinating for all the expert committee visits and preparing reports for them.
7. Co-ordinating the MMS admission process i.e.
Online application registration
GD / PI for MMS
Verification of the documents for MMS admission process
3 rounds of Online Option form submission
Monitoring the admission process for MMS and finally making all the reports and submitting to DTE.
8. Merit list Sanction from Joint DTE, DTE and then from Pravesh Niyantran
9. Enrolment Report for all the PGDM programmes to be sent to AICTE, Delhi
10. Taking care of day to day official mails and replying to them.
11. Monitoring the record keeping of all data related to admissions (through general register), and results for all full-time students
12. Analysis of all admissions and results data (Used for different reports)
13. Any other assignment given by the Director or taken in the interest of the Institution.
Service to Students
1. Issue of Transcripts / Recommendation letters / Progress Reports asked by Bankers for releasing next Instalment.
2. Issue of certificates for different purposes like Loans, Residential Proof letter for hostellers for telephone connection purpose, for opening bank accounts, applying for passport and visa.
3. Verifying the results of our alumni and sending to the Verification agencies or Companies.
4. Handling all walk-in queries.
