Job Description

Initial training of newly joined field staff in collaboration with Regional Managers & Business HR
Induction programs for newly joined field staff in collaboration with National Sales Training Manager
Achieve a target level of training days per individual in consultation with National Sales Training Manager
Maintaining a level of field working days in consultation with National Sales Training Manager
Identifying selling skills training needs for field staff within the Region
Generate sales force assessment reports in the region
Utilize training data and reports to develop proactive training intervention plans
Adopting people for specific training in the region
Adopting markets to evaluate effectiveness of training program in the region
Continuous evaluation and updating of training programmes where relevant
Field coaching & product knowledge for field staff in the region
Feedback on Performance and Talent management of individuals in the region to the HR department
Drive improvements in personal and team performance
Drive SFE at the region level by training the field staff
Aligning regional sales training objectives and needs with national sales training objectives
