Job Description

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Develop market strategy and implement plans.
Identify business opportunities & growth plans.
Achieve business goal w.r.t orders, sales and collections.
Customer interactions & contact to define customer requirements and work out solutions.
Customer satisfactions & escalating customer concerns & problems internally for resolution (VOC).
Plan & support customer gas turbine outages & trouble shooting in terms of parts requirement , service contracts & repair of components.
Co-ordinate proposals for parts, service, repair to customers.
Maintain & update data for proposals, orders, dispatches, invoices, collections, C forms, HSSA, BOE, TDS certificates etc.
Maintain and update fleet information in terms of gas turbine operating data, spares parts etc.
Support customer for resolving technical issues, product updates, GT maintenance & operating guidelines information.
Review of technical and commercial specifications for CMU projects, proposal preparation and contract finalization.
Competition analysis, pricing strategy, deal structuring, commercial terms and conditions review and finalization.
Customer follow-up, techno commercial discussions & negotiations, order finalization.
Internal co-ordination & follow up for timely delivery of parts, services and repairs deliverables & contract closure.
Contract management for CMU projects.
Receivable management, collection of statutory documents (C Forms, BOE, and HSS etc.)

Desired profile:

Bachelors degree in Engineering with minimum 10 years in Sales & Marketing experience. Holding an MBA degree would be an additional advantage.
Overall understanding of gas turbine and supporting their sub systems.
Field inquiry to order experience.
Effective oral & written communication skills in English.
Creative and problem solving skills.
Play a pivotal role in scanning new business opportunities.
Demonstrate ability to succeed in matrix organizational environment.
Proficiency in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience : Minimum 12 -18 Years of Experience in Energy/ Oil & Gas Industry.
