Job Description

1 Driving Consumer Sales Revenue and other sales metrics.

2 Responsible for channel management & channel capacity planning as per the norms set for the region.

3 Maximise new business development opportunities

4 Regional sales forecasting- Channel wise. Formulation and implementation of sales and Distribution plans

5 "Responsible for Untapped & New Emerging Potential Market - Ensure appropriate deployment of sales budget to capture the growth opportunities and remain competitive in the market


6 Forecast market trends and facilitate implementation of marketing plans

Other Responsibilities

1 New Product launches with promotional activities across key markets

2 Responsible for distributor relationships and compliance

3 Manage large and diverse team

4 Understand and analyze competitors, market trends and general conditions that will affect the business over the short and long term

5 Manage Performance Management process for the team

6 Guide and direct training efforts that bring value to the business through better sales efficiency

7 Create and communicate clear action plans to optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.

Qualification and Experience

1 Post Graduate Management degree from a premier institute.

3 Experience in Distribution/General Trade channel is mandatory.
