6 Forecast market trends and facilitate implementation of marketing plans
1 New Product launches with promotional activities across key markets
2 Responsible for distributor relationships and compliance
3 Manage large and diverse team
4 Understand and analyze competitors, market trends and general conditions that will affect the business over the short and long term
5 Manage Performance Management process for the team
6 Guide and direct training efforts that bring value to the business through better sales efficiency
7 Create and communicate clear action plans to optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
Qualification and Experience
1 Post Graduate Management degree from a premier institute.
3 Experience in Distribution/General Trade channel is mandatory.
