* Support and implement all the marketing& market development activities in the region. Collection of sales data and competitor activities
* Implement and achieve revenue targets for new projects
* Management of Key Opinion Leaders in his region and ensuring healthy relationship with the organization
* Distributor Management -- ensure timely payments and compliances to credit period / credit limits, settlement of any claims / issues, timely audits of inventory lying the location. Over all management of the distributors in the region.
* Ensure ethical behaviour & promote a healthy working atmosphere.
* Ensure start up of business in newer areas within the territory.
Science Graduate / MBA
8 -- 10 years in the relevant industry (Orthopedic / Spine / Neurosurgery) or Implantable Medical Devices industry.
