UG B.A Any Specialization, English

PG M.A Any Specialization, English, MBA/PGDM Any Specialization

Must be absolutely fluent in English as well as Hindi and Gujarati

Job Description:

We would also require you to:

Continuously work towards a pipeline of new partners and clients;

Ensure that Co.s position as a leading provider to the travel industry and clients in the Territory is established and maintained ASAP;

Initiate, plan, develop and implement a strategy for achieving or exceeding sales, profit and minimum margin targets that are in-line with budgetary forecasts;

Develop and maintain plans for new partners and clients including for example to thorough account evaluation, identify growth opportunities with each customer and drive new revenue and profit streams

University level education or similar;

Certain technical understanding (specifically regarding XML) not compulsory but a definite advantage;

Excellent travel products knowledge;

Proven ability to achieve both personal and team sales targets;

Good level of skills in MS Office applications and CRM (ideally SalesForce);

Approximately 5 10 years of progressively broadening assignments in sales development, preferably in an international environment with a demonstrated track record of success;

Experience of working with channel partners and large, corporate clients;

Experience of working with retail clients;

Proven ability in a structured and analytical manner to identify key customer needs and the ability to understand and prioritise tasks based on short and long term goals;

Excellent networking and relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and other strategic partners;

Demonstrate a natural ability for generating leads and turning opportunities into tangible business;

Experience of gathering market data and customer feedback, processing the information and delivering the information to the relevant departments within Co.;

Ability to work on multiple tasks, keeping track of projects and monitoring progress;

Decisive personality and results oriented individual;

Computer literate with thorough knowledge of MS Office;
