Job Description

Job Objective :

Achieving exponential growth in Express Business of Respective Regions in terms of:

Revenue
Profitability
Market Share

(Enhance market penetration & promote the capabilities and network of Future Supply Chain to customers/ Clients across sectors.)

Key Responsibilities :

New Business Development:
Signing of New Accounts (New Business Acquisition)
Negotiate to Acquire Profitable Deal
Contract Management (Ensure the all relevant clause are included)
Designing Solutions and Creation of SOPs

Relationship Management

Revenue generation
Customer-wise profitability
Ensuring Timely Collections
Implement the Designed Solutions
Drive Relevant Customer facing FSC Processes (E-Billing etc.)
To create a Win-Win Relationship

Team Management and Development:

To Acquire, Retain, Train and Motivate Sales Team to drive Performance
Communicate and coordinate with Service Team and other internal departments to Ensure Service Levels are maintained

Candidate Profile

BE Preferred / MBA Must

From EXPRESS BUSINESS ONLY

8 to 15 years of relevant experience in handling Sales responsibilities with some Logistics / Transportation companies

Should have thorough understanding of Trucking business, challenges and solutions

Should be excellent in understanding the Road Maps, Hubs, Junctions and how the whole Express Business operates

Should be very good at identifying the NEED and SELLING the Express solutions to customers across industries

Should be excellent at identifying the current needs of industries and strike right deals at right time

Should be able to set Targets and Achieve

Should be excellent Team Player, should be able to guide the Team and Drive them to achieve the targets

Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

Domain Expertise
Experience in Institutional sales.
Customer Identification and knowledge / acquaintance with Key Decision Makers
Good Network base in Industry
Ability to Network closely with Local Operations Team.
Understanding of Operational Costs and Revenue Models / Customer wise Profitability.
