leading products in categories such as data-at-rest (Hadoop/Big Insights), data-in-motion (InfoSphere Streams), and data-in-the-cloud (Cloud Data Services) are the focus areas of this position

Develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive business plan for the assigned territory, including identifying core customers, mapping the benefits of xxx solutions to the business requirements.
Understand the customers organizational structure and work to achieve alignment.
Full responsibility for forecasting (within +/- 10%), deliver accurate monthly and quarterly revenue targets, facilitation of agreed account and business plans and meet ongoing career development goals.
Coach partners, accessing resources within xxx to support them on specific opportunities, with the goal of building sufficient capacity to meet customers demand for xxx-related services and skills.
Understanding of the business and technical contexts in which key accounts are situated
