What you will do:
You will be responsible for revenue generation and own the targets for the vertical.
You will be looking at creating / maintaining excellent relationships with clients and tailor make solutions to suit clients needs.
You will need to collect and share regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
Your profile will involve managing a large team efficiently and ensure KRAs of all team members are achieved. You will also be responsible for motivating and monitoring large teams.
You will need to ensure that your team Complies with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & high levels of integrity
What you will need:
Graduate/Post Graduate in from Tier I institute only
8-12 years core experience in Corporate sales / key account management
Should have experience on handling large targets and ensuring 100% achievement
Person should be aggressive with a go-getter attitude.
Strong sales planning & execution skills are required. The right candidate should also demonstrate solid personal leadership & serve as a role model for his team
