Market Development:
Taking care of the sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth.
Identifying the market for the product
Creating sales network in a specific area.
Holding team meetings for market strategy.
Responsible for team performance.
Designing sales promotion activity for responsible area.
Market analysis for identifying market needs.
Designing channel development strategies

Distributor Management:
Dealers selection on the basis of market experience.
Make sure that distributors provide after sales services to customers.

Setting of sales target in consultation with top management.
Inventory management.
Team review for monitoring sales targets.

Credit Control:
Check and control on credit payments from distributors.
