Handling a team of Area Manager , Sales Manager , Relationship Manager and getting targets achived through them for sales of personal Loan to Super HNI customers and also lead generation of HL, LAP and Personal Loans.

Planning Action plans for Corporate Tie Ups and Retail Sales.

Revenue Generation through Super HNI customers

Forecasting Monthly/Annual Sales Targets,driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team to achieve them.

Identifying prospective clients,generating business from new aacounts and developing them to achieve consistent profitability.

Building and Mainting healthy business relations with major clients,ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms by providing them good service
