Role description and responsibilities:
Be responsible for revenue generation and own the targets for the vertical.
To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and tailor make solutions to suit clients needs.
To collect and share regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
Manage team efficiently and ensure KRAs of all team members are achieved. Be a leader and effectively motivate a large sales team
Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & high levels of integrity
