Job Description

Role: Responsible for heading project sales and channel management operations for the region. 

Reporting structure: Position reports to- National Head
 Positions reporting in- Area/ Zonal Heads/Divisional Heads/Key account Managers 

 Job Description: Sales: Heading and achieving top line and bottom line sales for the region. Leading a team of sales & service personnel. 

Key result areas include : Sales revenues Receivable Inventory management and customer satisfaction in the region. Expected to set up the team. 

Guide the team to develop and nurture: Key accounts. Open new markets. Develop channels in new markets.

 Team management. Leadership development. Structured Reporting: Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly. Liasoning with other support functions falls in his area of operation. Handling and developing channel partners in the territories Collections in the territory
