Sales: Heading and achieving top line and bottom line sales for the region.
Leading a team of sales & service personnel.

Inventory management and customer satisfaction in the region.
Expected to set up the team.
Guide the team to develop and nurture:
Open new markets.
Develop channels in new markets.
Structured Reporting: Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly.
Liasoning with other support functions falls in his area of operation.
Handling and developing channel partners in the territories
