To continuously identify new growth opportunities and formulate and modified sales strategies to optimize sales.
Evaluating target markets and proposing marketing strategies.
Managing all phases of sales closing; monitoring team performance.
Monitoring promotional activity for increasing market share and brand awareness.
Provide customer / market feedback and product development in order to improve product quality and design.
Accountable for managing the entire gamut of after sales and marketing for the assigned customers.
Visiting customers for the new business opportunity and to discuss regular business activities.
Proficient at analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies
Negotiating cost for existing products & resolving customers issues on top priority share
To follow-up the customers & formulate strategies for new business development.
Motivating, Supervising and evaluating team members.
Lead team, initiating volunteer events and activities.
Launch of new part nose / applications as per Market requirements.
10-15 years in automotive industry.
