Job Description

Job Purpose Statement

They are responsible for handling the operational budget of the region.

Duties & Responsibilities

Planning and Implementation of regional strategy as per budget parameters for business development as well as quality maintenance and improvement.
Increase market share at Regional / territory level
Maintain relations with dealers and internal customers.
Monitoring business done at region and branches under each segment.
Recommend Trade Advances to dealers and monitor liquidation and collection.
Monitoring overdue levels segment wise, model wise, executive wise of each branch and planning and ensuring appropriate action.
Monitoring monthly retail numbers and market share
Consolidation of branch MIS and reporting to Head Office
Establish cordial relationships with external agencies like Bankers, auditors, police authorities, administrative authorities etc.
Monthly branch review and analysis as per budget.
Regular dealership & branch visits.
Review deviations to become part of the policy
Roll out / implement reward and awards for employee motivation
Device growth/ entry/exit retention strategies
Identifying various training needs in the region

Key Challenges:

Incremental business and market share growth in all segments.
Control on over dues/collection.
