Responsible for end-to-end sales cycle by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations

Track competition movement in the region
Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and nurture them produce strong references & upsell opportunities.

Min. 10-12 years experience of selling any ERP software (preferably HR software on Cloud model) to corporate / B2B to various industry verticals
Should have been managing Sales and leading a team on P&L Management for a SBU
Ready to travel extensively across the assigned region
A high caliber graduate, preferably MBA from a reputed institute.
Have skills to communicate and present to an CXO
Have strong drive for sales; demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation & closing skills
