Job Description

Sales And Profitability :

- Percentage achievement of revenue targets in line with the budget for domestic and international products

- Expenditure incurred per month is in line with the cost budget

- Percentage increase in market share in the region and locations

- Number of new direct accounts generated per month within the region

- Number of visits made to key customers

- Number of new locations identified and added in line with the growth plans

- Memberships with various associations and committees

- Analysis of number of existing customers lost per month

- Productivity per employee in the region per month

- Proportion of revenues generated from existing customer through repeat business

- Number of franchisees appointed in the region

- Number of meetings/performance reviews with the franchisees in the location

- Development and retention activities implemented for franchisees

- Profitability and remittances as per or exceeding defined target

- Sales and profitability targets developed and communicated

Operations And Customer Service :

- Achievement of 98% service delivery levels as per defined quality norms

- 100% updated information of delivery status per day

- Number of instances of non - conformance of service delivery

- Monthly/weekly meetings with functional heads and branch managers in the region

- Number of instances of non-conformance of service delivery

- Monthly/weekly meetings with functional heads and branch managers in the region

- Number of instances of revenue leakages due to delays/lack of coordination during the delivery process

- Innovative ways/best practices initiated to improve quality of service

- Time spent on analyzing and attending to complaints

Finance And MIS :

- Analysis of average outstanding per fortnight/month

- Ensuring credit within prescribed limits and monitoring delayed collections

Collection index - DSO rates

- Number of non compliances and process violations in internal control system

- Corrective actions on non compliances implemented as per schedule and in conformance

- Payments and clearances/approvals within budgeted costs and timelines

Information Technology :

- Systems and Application implementation for the region within the parameters of time and cost

- Communication and support initiative to push IT into franchisees

People Development And Management
:

- Rate of employee attrition for the region

- Number of people appointed in line with the manpower plan

- Number of man days spent on the field imparting training/discussing strategies with team members

- Number of man days spent on training himself

- Employee Satisfaction Index (overall and various parameters) for the region

- Review meetings held with teams and branch managers in the region

- Number of promotions from the region

- HR policies and systems implemented across region as per conformity and guidelines

- Instances of disciplinary violations in the region

Educational Qualification :

- MBA from a Reputed Management Institute with a Specialization in Marketing or Business Development would be preferred

Compensation Package :

- CTC in the Range of Rs 8 to 12 lakhs
