Job Description

To appoint and develop distribution market of LED Business

To appoint Super --Stockist ; Distributors in vacant market.

To lead a team of Business Development Manager, TSM , ASM and Sales Officer.


Regular market visit implementing key strategies , schemes and pricing.


Development of base to capture the market potential -- Selection of & their further development for the business.

 Ensure the achievement of Monthly Primary sales target as per Business plan
* Evaluation of sales force on quarterly basis, identifying the gaps, working out the ways to meet the targets
* Performance assessment for various Product categories & business areas & leverage the information for formulating the business strategy that maximizes the financial performance.
* Keep a close tab on the branch performances, identifying the gaps, working out the ways to meet the targets.
* Regular analysis of Branch's financials & ensuring that those are moving in line with the organizational targets & goals.
