* Evaluation of sales force on quarterly basis, identifying the gaps, working out the ways to meet the targets
* Performance assessment for various Product categories & business areas & leverage the information for formulating the business strategy that maximizes the financial performance.
* Keep a close tab on the branch performances, identifying the gaps, working out the ways to meet the targets.
* Regular analysis of Branch's financials & ensuring that those are moving in line with the organizational targets & goals.
