Job Description

We are  looking  experience  in to  pvc pipe and  fittings  is  must.

Job & Candidate Profile: Objective:

To support Head Marketing in planning, developing and implementing project marketing strategies and aggressively increase number of client to increase market share and achieve business target.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to :

Assess market demand and prepare annual, quarterly and monthly business targets for the Region.
Develop annual business plan and marketing strategy with inputs for the Region.
Outline business targets with strategy to increase key accounts and market share.
Build strong relation with key account customer , Architect / Builders and Project based Companies
Coordinate with Costing Department on time for costing and bidding for various projects.
Support and develop channel partners for increasing cliental base
Support Channel partner for bidding competitive pricing for commercial projects
Ensure availability of adequate resources to support performance.
Calculate business growth from existing customers /markets & opening up of new customers/markets.
Monitor timely delivery to the customer.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Collect market data on a regular basis.
Forecast sales and determine profitability through review of operational records and reports.
Ensure recovery of outstanding dues from customers.
Obtain feedback on quality of products and service and convey the same internally.
Educate dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
Monitor customer attrition and plan customer retention strategies.
Identify relevant pricing trends in the market and of key competitors.
Obtain Market Share Information.
Identify customer needs and ideas for product development.
Interact regularly with potential and existing customers to apprise them on new product offerings/developments.
Oversee promotional activities like exhibitions, display outlets, etc.
To impart various training for AM / Executive.
