- Exposure of handling a team of 5-6 members including sales & technical.
- Dealer network management and expansion as per market potential.
- Create and execute a detailed sales & marketing plan for his zone
- Will be responsible for achieving annual sales budget, with monthly tracking of sales activities.
- Ensuring proper internal and external communication
- Must possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Market mapping managing existing dealer and ensure the dealer network expansion to increase
the market share of products.
- Submitting sales forecast Annual, quarterly & monthly sales target, ensuring proper internal and external communication.
- Effectively follow the reporting structure as per organization norms.
- Coordinating with different departments for monthly sales forecast.
- Managing the current institutional/key accounts business. Exposure to government business preferred.
- Conduct monthly review meetings of his team and send feedback to head office.
- Must have good knowledge of the territory.
- Good written and oral communications.
Desired Candidate profile:
Qualification: - B.E/ B. Tech /Agriculture graduate, Management degree will be an additional advantage.
