Roles and Responsibility
Manage assigned Geographical territories in terms of Sales to Retailers, Sales and Collection from Distributors and resolution of After Sales Service issues with Retailers and Consumers.
Classification of Distributors / Retailers and customers. Appointment of Distributors (Including corporate distrs) and Retailers as per company policy.
Ensure the deeper penetration of products in the market by increasing no of Retailers in the area of operation.
Tracking of competitors? activities viz. pricing, promotions and schemes.
Support and execute promotional activities as laid out in coordination with marketing.
Responsible of tertiary & secondary sales initiatives & feedback planning & execution.
Follow up account, administrative issues (i. e. collections, returns, warranties, credit notes, others) and coordination with logistics dept etc.
