Job Description

Proactive, analytical, agressively seeks growth, adaptable to change, ability to grasp concepts fast and implement them, can drive his sales team to achieve results, abilty to train and mentor, is a people person, has a proven track record of achieving targets, can manage his territory like a business unit and innovate to improve results, should come from good companies. Should have a good exposure to Distribution management/Vendor development and Channel Sales. Exposure to both, Product Selling and Concept selling will be an added advantage
Desired Profile The candidate should be from a Premier B-School. The candidate should not be more than 36years of age.
