To work as Regional Manager - Deodorant Sales with this boutique start up company ( part of a Group of Companies ) at their offices in Mumbai. As Regional Manager - Deodorant Sales, you will be responsible for Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa ( includes Mumbai ). Major KRAs include setting up a network of distributors in both, traditional channels and modern trade. Setting up and managing a Team of ASMs and TSOs for these channels. Meet sales targets for the region. You will be responsible for meeting collection schedules and monitoring credit limits.
Desired Profile You are a graduate in any discipline with an MBA / PGDM in Sales and Marketing from a reputed institute. You have been working for a minimum of 7 years and above in FMCG Sales and have grown over the years to an RSM or ASM role. You are now ready to take on the responsibilities for a larger region / portfolio of products. This roles requires extensive travelling across Maharashtra, Goa and Gujarat. Knowledge of Marathi, Konkani or Gujarati will be an advantage ( not an essential ). Prior experience in sales of branded deodorants will be a definite advantage. You are based in Mumbai.
