Solar Thermal department of the Solar Business unit.
Out of the total experience, atlease 75% to be in the Solar industry (in the Solar Thermal technology is preferred)
Exposure to direct sales is a must rather than dealer/channel sales
Should have knowledge of the Solar Thermal industry and regulations/policies/subsidies around it.
Should have managed a team in the past.
Role in brief:
He would be responsible for sales delivery as per target for the Solar Thermal business. He would have a team of 3 proposal engineers (application support engineers) reporting to him.
Coordinating with the projects team for order transferring. Closing and finalizing orders along with the proposal engineer.
