Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

Budgeting, monitoring & guiding all sales initiatives for the region. To strategize & implement new ideas for publications & other services offered by EAG.
Key Account management to ensure continued business from existing accounts.
To identify, develop & maintain relationship with key accounts and to grow them.
To have complete understanding of the market for each specific product .
Daily Sales Management/tracking and reporting
Assist NSM in Monitoring performance of sales team against budgets.
New Customer Acquisition.
Monitoring funnel of the team.
Mapping of Accounts in the region allocated

Operations

Ensure that the sales team work in tandem with the operations to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
Ensure process adherence at all times and error free timely delivery of projects.
Ensure optimum utilization of availed resources
Ensuring AR's are maintained at a minimum.
Monitoring ACT.

People Management

Coaching and mentoring the team to enhance their skills and performance.
Identifying the training needs of associates in the teams.
Performance Manage the team to ensure that star performers are recognized and rewarded appropriately.
Training and development of new associates inducted in the system to ensure the learning curve is shortened. .

KEY REQUIREMENTS

MBA or any post graduation with relevant experience of minimum 7 year in business development.
Achieving bottom top line targets as per assigned budgets for self and team.
Ensuring Employee Engagement is maintained at all times.
Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.
Should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business.
Possesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills

Primary External Interactions

Marketing Managers at MNCs, Banks and Corporates.

Primary Internal Interactions

Finance, HR, Facility, IT Infrastructure, Heads of Other SBU.
