- Clear Accountability, handling sales to High Network Imperia clients.
- Profiling customers & providing products who meet their needs
- Deepen the relationship by cross selling products & services according to their needs.
- Enhance & retain cost profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.
- Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross reference.
- Acquire mass affluent retail customers, deepen existing HNI relationships for all wealth products (Insurance,mutual funds) and cross-sell 3rd party products.
- Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction & retention.
