Job Description

* Day-to-day operational and service related interactions
* Scheduled on-site meetings and conference calls
* Service failure and disruption recovery
* Issue escalation and resolution
* Overall cross-functional solution coordination
* Continuous process improvement
* Quarterly Business Review coordination and management
* Key Performance Indicator management
* Support all relevant process and program documentations Account development activities
* Provide customer Single Point of Contact for all activity
* Initiate and manage the development and implementation of customer specific enhancements that improve the overall service performance and profitability of the customer for PISPL. This requires careful cross-functional coordination of activities and resources
* Manage scheduled business review meetings and/or conference calls with Customer to review delivered performance metrics (KPIs), and initiate the development (and drive the implementation) of service improvement and/or cost reduction initiatives to meet or exceed the performance targets as agreed with the customer
* Manage customer expectations to align with PISPL capabilities
* Ensure the timely distribution of integrated performance reports to specific regional/network customers, involved service providers and regional/network management
* Manage time critical escalations and control responses within agreed timelines
* Ensure KPI and performance targets are achieved
* Identify, register and escalate service performance issues to cross-functional partners in order to coordinate resolution of issues within agreed timeframes
* Overall Operations Management, Relation Ship Management & Focus customer organic growth
* Develop and Deploy KPI's
* Measure and manage the overall performance of all functional partners for customers against pre-agree performance metrics (KPIs) through performance reports provided by cross-functional partners
* Identify gap in service capability based on comprehensive analysis of PISPL capabilities versus Customer requirements
* Team building, motivation & healthy relationship with PISPL WH teams
* Statutory compliance adherence
* Preparing & executing plan for new warehouse setups & activity start up information to concerned
* MIS circulations & time to time improvisation in MIS formats -- Operations & Accounts
* Transportation review -- vehicles / cost efficiency wise
* Available manpower optimum utilisation & planning
* To workout training requirements for staff -- soft skills, customer relationships, work ethics etc.

Education and Experience Requirements: MBA in Supply chain & Logistics/Operations with any stream with equivalent or more than 10 to 12 years of experience.
