Job Description :

Will be responsible for OEM and Projects business (Volume and Revenue) in the assigned zone

Building distribution (channel expansion) with focus on driving reach and depth of distribution for multiple states in a zone through for WF business

Key Account Management develop and grow key accounts in the assigned territory in line with share objectives

Business Development Nurture, grow and engage key accounts to enhance business

Training , Coaching , Retention and Growth of team through execution of performance management process

Achievement of Targeted Primary/Secondary sales (both volume and value targets) with specific focus on premium products

Desired Profile Work Experience

Around 12-15 years in relevant industry/preferably having managed OEM/Projects business. Exposure to multiple states and should have managed a large team
