Ensure quick redressal to employee queries on policies & admin matters
Assist in the execution of Performance Cycles

Maintain statutory records and registers; prepare wage statements
Statutory Compliances: Strict adherence and compliances with the provisions of various Labour legislations (Shops Act, EPF, ESI, PT etc.,) Registrations & Renewals etc.. E.S.I., P.T & Gratuity - Calculations, Remittances, Filings - i.e., - Payment Challans, Monthly/Half Yearly/Annual Returns & PF transfer.
