Finalizing Manpower Requirement and Budgeting along with the Business Heads.
Responsible for end to end quality recruitment as per BU requirement and budgets.
- Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- Handling recruitment through various channels like Employee Referral, Job Portals, Internal Job Postings, and Consultants to ensure cost efficiency in hiring process.
HR Process, Compliance and MIS
- Managing Internal transfers.
- Generating and Maintaining HR MIS like Joining, Attrition & FTE Reports on Weekly & Monthly Basis
- Attrition analysis and managing exits by ensuring all exists are tracked thru exit interview and feedback by line managers.
- Administer Performance Improvement Program (PIP) and remove Non-Performers.
- Conducting Smooth process of joining formalities for the employees and ensure documentations & Employee code generation are completed within the TAT.
- Handling the Consultant Billing right from the bills uploading till the cheque clearance for Entire West Region.
