1. Ensuring the productivity of region and cluster's as per the plan. Designing and executing the activities for sales, identification of training needs and measurement of product penetrations, customer awareness and satisfaction.
2. The person will handle 4 to 5 clusters consisting the region independently and responsible for all matters related to his region, that is, business development, sales in respected region, motivate & drive the team towards defined Business Goals & achievement of Corp. plans.
3. Deliver business plan growth and income objectives; manage, coach and support branch employees on developing, managing and growing profitable customer relationships to support these efforts. Ensure Center meets and exceeds established sales and revenue goals while keeping expenses minimized.
The key deliverable would include:
1. Ensure growth in terms of Nos. + Revenue + profitability
2. Achieve the product wise targets for the region. The position would be reporting to Zonal Head- Retail Sales.
3. Should have exp. in retail / branch banking of at least 2yrs.
