Regional Head Sales - Elite Trade and Relationship Group
* Managing Trade and high value relationship of commercial customers through a team of Managers
* Managing a liability book .
* Responsible for increasing the penetration (wallet share) within the mapped portfolio and market share
* Responsible for complete life-cycle of customer i.e. Acquisition, on-boarding, portfolio management,
activation and attrition management
* Sourcing of credit limit to customers including Buyers Credit, Export Bill Negotiation, ECB, Term Loan,
OD/CC, Packing Credit, LC, BG, Forwards.
* Understand customer's key business requirements and provide solutions for their business banking needs
related to transaction banking, Trade, Cash Management Services, Asset requirement
* Actively organize Structured Forums & Focus Group Discussion with Internal channels (SME team, Business
Lending Group, Corporate Banking, Wealth, Construction Equipment, TASC), External Intermediaries,
Associations, Cluster Scoping exercise to generate business prospects
* Spearhead the training program for enhancing the skill set on the commercial banking space for the new
recruits within the ETRG team
