Job Description

Reports to: Regional Head RIBG

Positions Reporting to Role: Solution managers, Relationship Managers

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Managing a team of Solution managers & Relationship Managers based at various location and ensure their target are met.
Capability building of team members .
Understanding of financials , Balance sheet etc required for note preparation.
Managing channels like branches , Financial consultants to generate new business.
Servicing existing customers and ensure retention and customer satisfaction.
Monitoring of existing accounts to ensure timely servicing of interest every month and compliance of sanctioned conditions.
Renewal of existing proposals on time.
Co-ordination with other function s like credit , HFC and product and policy teams to get the roadblocks removed .
Identify opportunities for new product and take up with product and policies.
Compliance of all processes involved in RBC.
Cross selling RBC , LI , MF and CASA to existing customers.
Ensuring profitability of the portfolio by adhering to prescribed price mechanism.
