Job Description

Responsibilities:

TA - Talent Acquisition (End to End Recruitment cycle management)

- Sourcing, Filtering, Planning, Coordinating Interviews, reference checks and releasing documents for offer to Opns team

- Manpower planning & budgeting

- Work Closely with Business

- Vendor Management

- Recruitment MIS

TA/HRBP (Handles all Talent Acquisition related activities as mentioned above plus acts as an HR Business Partner for executing deliverables formalized by SMEs as shared below)

- Responsible for certain span identified based on function & location

- Manage Employee Onboarding & Induction

- Manage Employee Connect and handle their queries

- Manage Performance Improvement Plans for the region and share relevant information with HR Ops team

- Execute engagement activities

- Sends payroll inputs to HR Opns team

- Leave & Attendance process management - Regional

- Plays a key role in end year performance review & appraisals

- Manage Employee Separation
- Confirmations
-Note: Role will involve traveling , as the position will have a control of west Region.
