Understand local business context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to Business Managers.
Proactively use productivity reports to identify associates growth & bring these to management attention and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address issues early
Advise, challenge, coach and support Managers in their role on people-related processes (e.g. performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation, resource planning and recruitment)
Talent Management and Resourcing
Develop resourcing strategies to support the business and new business
Support managers to identify and manage high performing / high potential individuals and ensure succession is in place for key positions
Facilitate the identification of talent, key positions & succession plans at all levels
Work with managers to identify future people requirements.
Analyze trends and work with Business Head to manage resource forecasting and planning.

Learning and Development
Identify Learning & Development needs across the designated client group and propose appropriate solutions
Contribute to the development of courses - in-house or external and constantly evaluate training programmes in partnership with the Learning & Development Team.
Act as the primary interface with the employee for issues and inquiries which relate to assigned groups.
Support the delivery of effective and efficient employee relations through a detailed understanding of HR Operations.
